Property operations software for every turn
Between one occupant leaving and the next arriving, a dozen things have to happen in the right order — clean, repair, restock, inspect. Miss one and somebody walks into a unit that is not ready. GreatlyBoard runs that sequence, and will not call a unit ready until it actually is.

Why GreatlyBoard
The work is spread across a spreadsheet, a group chat and somebody's memory. Nobody can see the whole picture, so the thing that slips is the thing nobody was watching — and the cost lands at check-in, when it is too late to fix.
Without it
Work lives in spreadsheets, WhatsApp and heads. No one place shows what is left.
One board. The work, the issue, the provider and the evidence, all against the turnover they belong to.
Without it
"Ready" means the tasks are ticked — until a guest arrives and finds it is not.
Ready means the work is done, inspected, verified and free of blockers. GreatlyBoard will not say ready on anything less.
Without it
Cleaners and contractors are chased by phone, with no record of who agreed to what.
Providers get a secure link — accept, ETA, photos, completion, all tracked. No app, no account for them.
And it leads with the one thing that matters: the exception that needs a decision now — not a wall of alerts. A late paint job that blocks the cleaning is shown as the blocker, so you fix the cause, not the symptom.
Property operations software
Replace the spreadsheet, the group chat and the mental checklist with one workflow that connects the work, the issue, the provider, the evidence and the decision at the end of it.
Short-term guest turns, long-term move-outs and preparation work, coordinated from one board.
Move-out, post-stay and readiness inspections with room-based checklists, photos and required evidence.
A failed check becomes a structured issue with severity, ownership, a deadline and whether it holds the unit.
External providers get a secure job page with the scope, deadline and access they need — and nothing else.
Repairs kept against the equipment, so the third failure of the same air conditioner is not a surprise.
Supplies, shortages and restock verification handled inside the turnover that needs them.
How it works
GreatlyBoard covers the operational sequence between a property being occupied and the moment somebody can say, with evidence, that it is ready again.
Built for mixed portfolios
The same foundation underneath, with the labels, deadlines and readiness rules that each kind of turn actually needs.
The window between one guest leaving and the next arriving, with the clock visible the whole way.
Move-out work that has to happen whether or not the next tenant has been found.

FAQ
Property operations software for coordinating turnovers, move-outs, inspections, cleaning, maintenance, inventory, providers and final readiness.
Yes. Short-term turns run against a check-in deadline; long-term make-readies run against a move-out date, a tenant move-in date or an internal target. The same engine, different deadlines and vocabulary.
No. A provider gets a secure job link with the scope, deadline, notes and evidence required. No app, no account, no password. They never see a guest name or anything about your money.
No. Calendar feeds, CSV import with a downloadable template, and typing a booking by hand all produce exactly the same turnover.
From requirements, not from a percentage: required work complete, inspections passed, evidence present, verification done and no blocking issue open. Most tasks being finished is not the same as ready, and the product will not pretend otherwise.
Monthly, per active unit, with units included in each plan. Archived units cost nothing.
No. The product works because everybody involved is in it, so charging per person would make leaving them out the cheaper option.
Coordinate the work, clear the blockers, and verify readiness before the next guest, tenant or target date — with the evidence to show for it.
